Leadership at the highest levels can be incredibly rewarding. It can also be incredibly isolating. Your staff depends on you. Your athletes or employees look to you for answers. Your administration, ownership, or board expects results. Everyone needs something from you, yet very few people exist solely to support you. That's where Purscial comes in. Purscial exists to give leaders a trusted, confidential place to think clearly, process honestly, and grow intentionally.

CONSISTENT 1-ON-1 MEETINGS

Weekly or bi-weekly (every other week), 1 hour zoom meetings (or phone calls) at agreed upon day / time, with allowances for more time if needed. Packages can also including coming on campus to meet in person, observe practices, games, etc.

SUPPORT BEYOND MEETINGS

CONSISTENT 1-ON-1 MEETINGS

Being available via phone or text as needed (beyond regularly scheduled zoom meetings / calls). Also spend time watching games (online, on TV, and / or in person) on a regular basis in order to invest fully in the process.

About SCOTT fitzgerald AND Purscial

I'm a husband and father of both a son and a daughter. Prior to venturing out full-time with Purscial, LLC, I gained 20+ years experience in coaching women and men at the NCAA D1, D2 and D3 levels, as well as 20 years experience in athletic administration. In my free time, I spend as much time as I can with family, as well as outdoors and in the mountains of NH.

You won't find the word Purscial in the dictionary, rather it's a word a good friend of mine and I came up with rooted in, "The Pursuit of Something Special". The 'special' is uniquely defined by the individual, and for me it is trying to have as many substantive relationships, experiences, and conversations as possible, while also prioritizing curiosity and adding as much value as I can to the people I'm fortunate to work with.
