"He’s helping me become the best version of myself, and I feel like for the first time in my coaching career I'm not chasing something. While I can't necessarily quantify that, I do know I'm heading into the season the most relaxed I've ever been, and I'm able to simply focus on doing the best job I can, both on and off of the ice."
"There's not a lot in a coaches day to day life that they do for themselves . . . I spent years filling up others from an empty tank myself. Creating the time to add a support system for personal growth for ourselves is difficult, but once you start meeting with Scott, that's the last thing you'll move on your schedule!"
"When I met Scott it was very apparent how committed he is to helping and educating the coaches, athletes and administrators he comes in contact with. Over the past three years Scott has become a great resource and has helped me reach new levels as a coach. I never realized the benefit of having a support system until I met Scott and I am very grateful our paths crossed."
“The pressures of managing young people and achieving success, on top of personal stress, is daunting. Purscial has been career changing from a professional perspective and in helping to keep balance day-to-day. Coaches are people too and need direction and Scott does that."

You won't find the word Purscial in the dictionary, rather it's a word a good friend of mine and I came up with based off how we look to approach life, which is the "Pursuit of Something Special". The 'special' is uniquely defined by the individual, and for me it is trying to have as many substantive relationships, experiences, and conversations as possible, while always remaining curious and keeping my mind open to learning. Making the transition to this type of work full-time allows me to utilize a lifetime of learning to simply be in a position to help.
